Sex Offender Arrested For Child Pornography
In April of 2025, the Janesville Police Department received information that a 36-year-old convicted sex offender was communicating with a child in Ohio. Over the next 4 months, detectives from the Janesville and Delavan Police Departments served search warrants on electronics and interviewed the suspect. Child pornography was located on the suspect’s cellular phone.On September 2nd, 2025, around 3:30 p.m. the suspect, Tyler Minarick, was arrested in the 3600 block of Milton Avenue.
