In case you missed it: City of Beloit

Did you know the speedometer was invented in Beloit? Unfortunately, with some of the speeds we’ve seen here in the city, we thought some of our drivers needed that reminder in honor of Beloit Heritage Days!

Our officers have been increasing their traffic enforcement to combat the driving behaviors we are seeing lately. Help us out – stop at stop signs and traffic signals and slow down. Honor our history and use that speedometer!
